A Tannin mix especially selected for fruit wine. This 50g packet is enough to treat, on average, about 35 -50 litres of fruit wine.

Tannin provides for excellent fruit wine aging and counter any blandness in wine by providing a slight astringency. Too much Tannin will provide tartiness to the wine which should be avoided.

Start with a dosage of 1g per liter wine and add more if required but avoid mor ethan 1.4g per liter wine to avoid the tartiness.
