1. Hands-On Fermentation

During the workshop, you will:

  • Start your own mead fermentation
  • Learn correct preparation techniques
  • Understand sanitation and process control
  • Set up your fermentation for successful completion at home

You’ll leave knowing exactly what to monitor — and why.

    2. Guided Honey Tasting

    A structured tasting session explores:

    • Floral source differences
    • Terroir influence
    • Processing effects
    • How honey selection shapes the final mead character

    Understanding honey is key to making balanced mead.

    Time and duration: 

    The course will take approximately 3 hours and is scheduled from 11 am to 2 pm. 

    Bookings, Confirmations, and Cancellations 

    Please note that there is a limited number of seats available for this course. Your seat will only be reserved upon receipt of your payment. 

    In the case that the minimum required seating is not filled within 7 days of the scheduled course date, Distillique will reschedule the course to another date.
